FUNO is the film brand of Hebei Fengao New Materials Co., Ltd., a China-based manufacturer of high-performance automotive and architectural film materials.
Based in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, our manufacturing system covers TPU film casting, optical coating, slitting, inspection, packaging, and export preparation.
We supply paint protection film, automotive window film, architectural window film, and related functional film products for distributors, installer networks, film brands, project suppliers, and private label customers.
Our role extends beyond roll supply. We support customers with product selection, sample evaluation, OEM/private label packaging, repeat-order planning, and long-term film supply.

The Phase I project covers 30,489.6 m², including 21,051.6 m² of building area. The production base includes TPU casting, optical coating, slitting, inspection, packaging, and supporting manufacturing facilities.

Incoming Material and Batch Identification
Raw and supporting materials should be identified and managed according to the relevant production batch and product requirement.
Coating and Film Appearance
Film surface, coating condition, cleanliness, color or shade, and visible defects are checked according to product type.
Thickness and Roll Condition
Film thickness, roll width, slitting condition, winding, and finished-roll appearance are checked before release.
Optical and Installation-Related Checks
For window film and protection-film products, relevant optical appearance, adhesive behavior, surface performance, or installation characteristics can be evaluated according to the product series.
Packaging Inspection
