Hebei Fengao New Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-performance nano optical film materials company integrating research and development, manufacturing, sales, and technical service. Based in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, the company operates a large-scale project covering 30,489.6 square meters, with a total investment of RMB 1.4 billion and an annual production capacity of 30 million square meters of nano energy-saving optical film.
The company continues to strengthen its innovation capability through long-term cooperation with well-known research institutions, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Sino-German Advanced Materials R&D Center of East China University of Science and Technology. These partnerships support continuous upgrades in functional film technology and broader application development.

Manufacturing Capability
The Phase I project involves a total investment of RMB 400 million, with a site area of 30,489.6 square meters and a building area of 21,051.6 square meters. The facility is equipped with 4 Davis TPU casting lines, 4 high-precision optical coating lines, a clean-room air-conditioning system, and supporting slitting equipment. The designed annual output reaches 10.8 million meters of high-performance TPU optical film products.
Product Structure
Annual production capacity includes: 5 million meters of paint protection film, 1 million meters of color-changing film, 2 million meters of nano-ceramic heat insulation film, 1.8 million meters of sputtered heat insulation film, and 1 million meters of safety and decorative film. FUNO not only fully supports automotive and architectural film projects but also provides a highly scalable manufacturing foundation for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and private-label collaborations.
